Dredging and slurry pumps
The dredging pump represents a special category of high-performance slurry pumps. Dredging in this case refers to the process of transporting water sediments (usually sand, gravel or rocks). Dredging pumps are used for pumping in shallow water bodies of lakes, rivers, but also mines, quarries, sand pits. At the same time, dredging pumps are intended for the hydraulic transport of abrasive hydro-mixtures. They can transport slag, ash. They thrive in the treatment of coal, ores or in desulphurization plants.
Sludge pumps are designed for heavily turbid water, they pump sewage with solid impurities including sand, mud and sludge.
NBA, NBV
The NBA and NBV pumps are intended for pumping abrasive hydro-mixtures. They could transport slag, cinder, gravel, soil and other solids floating in water. Main usage is in power and heating plants and varied blow-off systems.
NBD
This pump is part of innovated pump series NBA, NBV. The pumps NBD are intended for hydraulic transport of abrasive hydro mixtures. They can be used for pumping fluids, as far as their parameters and material version satisfy for specific fluid. They can transport slag, cinder, gravel, soil and other solids floating in water. Main use is in power plant systems.
Flow rate from 7 to 370 l/s, conveying height from 3 to 150 m.
NFJ, NFK, NFR
The NFJ, NFK,NFR pumps are intended for operating in communal and industrial sewage treatment plants, in agriculture, sugar industry, canneries, metallurgical and paper industries. They are intended mainly to transport fluids polluted with fibrous structures, having the ability to create fluffs - textile, paper without gas content.
NFT
The NFT pumps find their application in the material versions LC and TJ for pumping raw sludge in communal and industrial sewage treatment plants, for pumping foods (potatoes, peas).In ZC version are applicable for chemical industry at cellulose, paper and rayon production.
Flow rate from 5.5 to 200 l/s, conveying height from 5 to 60 m.
